Council Meetings
The Parish Council meets every two months, beginning in January. Agendas for each meeting are displayed on parish notice boards and published on this website in advance.
Draft minutes are prepared by the Clerk and made available on this website. These become the official minutes once approved at the following meeting.
Members of the public are warmly welcome to attend and observe the proceedings. With the Chairman’s permission, individuals may speak on matters of general interest.
(A meeting open to all Parishioners – the Parish Assembly – is held every year when Parishioners can meet and discuss matters of interest to them. A description of its role and proceedings is available here.)
