Parish councillors are elected representatives who serve the local community. Their main role is to represent the interests of parish residents and to make decisions on their behalf about local services, amenities, and issues. Councillors work together as a corporate body – the Parish Council – to set priorities, allocate budgets, and shape the future of the parish.

I have lived in Corse Lawn for over 40 years and am now retired from fulltime employment. I worked as a teacher in the local area for a number of years and now help on a voluntary basis at Eldersfield Lawn School. I was elected to serve on the Parish Council for a number of years and since this time I have diligently sought to ensure that I represent the needs of local people. I am passionate about preserving the environment in which I am privileged to live and keen to conserve the beautiful countryside in this beautiful corner of Worcestershire. While I am enthusiastic to preserve the unique nature of this rural area I am keen to involve members of the local community in developments which will enhance their daily life.
