Eldersfield Parish Council

Welcome!

The Civil Parish of Eldersfield is located at the southern edge of Worcestershire. It comprises the hamlets of Eldersfield and Corse Lawn, and is home to just under 600 residents.

It is served by a Church of England Primary School, the Butcher’s Arms pub/restaurant, the Corse Lawn House Hotel and its Church.

The Parish Council is committed to developing a community spirit while maintaining the idyllic rural environment and thereby make this a welcome place to live in, work in and visit.

The Parish Council is the first tier of local government and plays a vital role in representing the interests of the local community. It is responsible for making decisions on local issues, managing community assets, and working to improve the quality of life for residents. The Council expresses its views on planning issues; it supports local community events and it works closely with District and County councils to ensure the voice of the Parish is heard.

The Council has places for nine councillors, of which five are currently filled.
